  • Monitor the use of proper methodology among laboratory personnel.
  • Wheat samples collected are analyzed for grade and other physical characteristics including test Weight, Kernel weight, Moisture, Impurities, Infestation & overall grade.
  • Quality tests are conducted on composite samples of wheat & Wheat flour on hourly basis.
  • Laboratory method for evaluating wheat quality in general. Laboratory technicians also visually test & evaluate flour texture.
